November General Meeting — Nominations and Elections Information

Nominations for all open elected positions and committees will be held at the November General Meeting according to the Bylaws Section 23 and 24.

Eligibility:

Members wishing to let their name stand must be members in good standing.

You may accept a nomination in one of two ways:

1. By being present at the meeting, or
2. By submitting a signed and witnessed letter indicating your agreement to stand for the position.

Nominations Open:

Table Officers: 2-year term

Nominations for Table Officers

• President
• Recording Secretary

Nominations only accepted at the November General Meeting.

Shop Steward Nominations: 1-year term

• To be nominated as a Shop Steward, you must hold an assignment in that department.
• Exception: The General Shop Steward position is open to members from any department.

Trustee Position: 3-Term

The 3-Year Trustee position will be open.

The current 3-Year Trustee becomes the 2-Year Trustee, and the 2-Year Trustee becomes the 1-Year Trustee.

Other Positions:

Nominations for all other positions will remain open until the January General Meeting.

Elections:

Elections for all committees will be done at the November General Meeting.
